PRODUCT PERFORMANCE, VISUAL STANDARDS, INDUSTRY TOLLERANCES & ACCEPTABLE DEFECTS:

(The GGF Rule) Glass Inspection: Glass units are manufactured to strict industry standards. Visual inspections for scratches, optical bubbles, or minor inclusions must be conducted from a distance of no less than 2 meters, looking directly through the glass at a 90-degree angle under natural daylight. Minor imperfections that fall within the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) guidelines do not constitute a product defect and are not valid reasons for non-payment or replacement.
Condensation: Double glazing reduces heat loss but does not eliminate internal surface condensation, which is caused by ambient indoor humidity and lack of ventilation. We accept no liability for internal room condensation. Replacement windows are installed with trickle vents, you are encouraged to use them for adequate ventillation.

We will install to the industry guidelines, FENSA & GGF guidelines.
All products are mass manufactured, finishes & discrepancies that fall outside of the normal viewing conditions shall not be replaced.
Any products which are found to be faulty in any way, which fall within the industry tolerance will be investigated & repaired or replaced as needed.
There is absolutely NO guarantee the replacement installation will perfectly match your existing domicile materials.

No liability is accepted by the company for optical effects caused by natural phenomena or blemishes not guaranteed by the manufacturers glass, and in particular no undertaking, guarantee or warranty is given by the company, its employees, servants or agents the installation of the company’s products will reduce or eliminate condensation.

Modern glass may present a tinted effect due to its energy efficient coating.

All glass units come with an industry standard guarantee of 5-years.

Glass units with leadwork may present an appearance which is not uniformed in colour, this is due to the natural material of lead and the process of oxidisation.
